Punkins

We had a blast at the pumpkin patches this week. The boys loved it, the sun was shining & Greyson is walking....(sigh) life is good!
The expression on both their faces cracks me up...they were both keeping a close eye on a little yippy dog. Levi is threatening the dog not to come any closer with his scowl and Greyson is thinking 'you don't scare me, I could care less who you think you are!'
As I was insanely taking picture, after picture of the boys another Mom offered to take one of us as a family...I was impressed, thank you whoever you are!

I love this pictures, it fully encompasses Greyson personality in this shot. Just FULL of it!

I know, there are a lot - but hey with kids this cute how could I not post all these!? :)

I've been tagged!

I was tagged by my friend Neely!
Here are 7 random/weird facts about me:
1. My name is Sadie, NOT short for Mercedes. Named after my great grandmother on my Mom's side and apparently an old actress...Sada?? I really did NOT like my name growing up - it seems all dogs or horses are named Sadie. Nice. I've grown to love it though.

2. I'm slightly obsessed with waxing.

3. While in Italy on a missions trip I was proposed to by 'the man of the piazza' aka some rich guy that owned the park we were performing in??

4. I love Michael Bolton...totally kidding, Josh just begged me to say that! Seriosuly though, I love 50 cent "You can find me in da club" and yes country...hey I'm from Sequim!

5. I'm bourderline anemic and as a child passed out ALL the time!

6. As a child I had an inconceiveable unicorn collection, as in had it on display at the Clallum County Fair...oh yeah!

7. NO one looked better than me in white BONGO jeans in the 10th grade. Seriously, Josh will tell you to this day that's what realed him in! :)

I've been blog - hopping...

via a friends blog...I always find her posts interesting to say the least. I had to share and encourage you to read this post. I couldn't agree with her more!

Miss Bridget Kathleen Cecilia Hill

Isn't she a doll??

Almost THREE...

Overall Levi is a really, really good...great little guy. For the majority of his life, thus far he's been 'easy' - in turn making our lives realtively easy. Fearfully too easy???
Over the last two weeks he has been expressing his frustration and testing Josh & I in all areas...

This was after I told him he may not have a snack, but rather dinner...much to his dismay he got more of a reaction out of Tia than me!

All on his own, my long lashed boy decided he needed a little something more? He quietly "applied" mascara to his precious eye and then called me into the bathroom to see. How he managed to NOT poke his eye out is amazing!

I wear my sunglasses at night...

...so I can, so I can SEE you!!

Most of you know how very crazy Tia can make me at times...she is going on eight years old and you would NEVER know it, she is so high energy and acts like a puppy still. Although she doesn't destroy things as she did as a puppy...I could go on forever about the time she ate a rubber tree plant as a pup and almost died...or the time she unraveled a square foot of carpet in our brand new condo...how she destroyed the leather center console of my Honda at the time...how she almost gnawed through one entire post of our four poster bed...or...seriously I could go on and on...
At the end of the day though, she is a really wonderful dog for ALL she puts up with and how very gentle she is with babies and children. Poor girl has been bonked in the head time after time with baseball bats, sticks...balls you name it. Levi adores her and for whatever reason, Tia loves him. Not too long ago I found him pulling her skin and fur with his plastic pliers just having the time of his life and she seemed to careless. He'll run his cars all over her as she sprawled out or curled up or in this case he dressed her up in shades, all on his own and then said..."Look Momma!"

Let's Go To the Zoo

'It's bright and early at the zoo, the monkeys wake...oooOOo...ROAR says the Lion, the Bluebird says chirp, only the giraffe does not make a peep!' Yes, these are the first words to Levi favorite book...Let's Go To the Zoo. Yes, I can recite each page from memory... :)
Last week we headed to the Woodland Park Zoo and met cousins Connor and Bridget there. The boys are 4 months apart and always have a fun time together.
How cute are they??

I just love this pic of Connor and the orangutan. At one point he was swinging around on the vines and then we swung right it from of the window. Levi shrieked in terror, but Connor thought it was pretty cool to be nose to nose with the furry guy!
